We guarantee that most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days on receipt of your order. Sometime it may be affected by the item's stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.

Note: The shipping fee for Express Shipping is $9.90 (USD) for the first 0.5kg, and a further $3.50 for each subsequent increment of 0.5kg. Weight will be rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg.

- 2.Orders with personalized items may take additional 2-5 business days to produce and process.
- 3.Orders will be shipped soon but may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.
- 4.If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days and we will arrange the refund on Friday and Saturday of every week.
